This website, 5-minutes.com, and our course portal, learn.5-minutes.com, are run by 5-Minutes LLC, a Missouri limited liability company ("5-Minutes," "we," "us"). This policy explains what we collect when you visit, buy a course, book a call or sign up for our emails, and how we use it.

What we collect

Contact details you give us: your name, email address, phone number and any message you send.
Purchase details: what you bought, when, and the amount. Card payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.
Course activity: your login, the lessons you open and complete, quiz results and progress.
Booking details when you schedule a call: the time you pick and anything you write in the booking form.
Technical data: your browser, device, IP address and pages visited, collected through cookies and similar tools.

How we use it

To give you access to the courses you buy and support you as you learn.
To process payments, send receipts and handle refund requests.
To schedule and hold calls you book with us.
To send course updates and, if you sign up, weekly encouragement, new-course announcements and offers. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link.
To keep the site secure and understand how it is used so we can improve it.
To meet legal, tax and accounting requirements.

Who we share it with

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with the services that help us run the business, and only as needed:

HighLevel, which hosts our website, course portal, booking calendar and email.
Stripe, which processes payments.
Amazon Web Services, which stores and delivers course media.
Professional advisers such as our accountant or attorney, and authorities when the law requires it.

Cookies

We use cookies to keep you logged in, remember your preferences, and measure how the site is used. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but some features, such as staying logged in to your courses, may stop working.

Text messages

If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive texts, we may send messages about your purchase, booked calls or courses. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. We do not share your mobile number or consent with third parties for their marketing.

How long we keep it

We keep your account and purchase records while you have course access and for as long as needed for tax, legal and accounting purposes. You can ask us to delete your information sooner, unless we are required to keep it.

Unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any email.
Opt out of texts by replying STOP.
