By buying a course or using 5-minutes.com, you agree to these terms. In short: the courses are for your own use, most courses carry a 30-day money-back guarantee, and the Course Builder Kit and Done-For-You programs are final sale.
About these terms
These terms are an agreement between you and 5-Minutes LLC, a Missouri limited liability company ("5-Minutes," "we," "us"). They apply to 5-minutes.com, our course portal at learn.5-minutes.com, and every course, program and call you buy or book with us.
Your account
You need an account to access your courses. Keep your login private and do not share it. You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us right away if you think someone else is using it.
Course access
When you buy a course, you get unlimited access to it for as long as 5-Minutes offers that course. We may update course content over time to keep it current.
Your license to use our courses
Our courses, videos, workbooks, flash cards, templates and other materials belong to 5-Minutes LLC or its licensors. When you buy a course, you get a personal, non-transferable license to use it for your own learning. You may not:
- Share your login or give others access to the course.
- Copy, download, record, resell, republish or distribute course materials.
- Use course materials to create a competing course or product.
Templates designed for you to use, such as letter and email templates, may be used in your own business communications.
Payments
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and are due at checkout unless a payment plan is offered. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. You are responsible for any taxes that apply.
30-day money-back guarantee
Our individual courses come with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If a course is not right for you, email [email protected] within 30 days of purchase and we will refund your payment. Course access ends when the refund is issued.
Course Builder Kit and Done-For-You: all sales final
The Course Builder Kit and Done-For-You programs are not covered by the money-back guarantee. Because they are proprietary and customized for each client, and we begin delivering them as soon as you buy, all sales are final and they are not eligible for a refund. We encourage you to book a free call before you buy. Done-For-You projects are also governed by a separate written client agreement.
The Course Builder Kit, its prompts, templates and methods remain the property of 5-Minutes LLC. Buyers receive a personal license to use their kit to build their own courses and may not resell, share, publish or teach the kit, or use it to provide course-building services to others.
No earnings guarantee
Our courses and programs teach skills and methods. We do not promise any particular income, sales, students or business results. Any examples are illustrations, not guarantees. Your results depend on your own effort, experience, market and many factors outside our control.
Not continuing education or professional advice
5-Minutes courses are personal and professional development. They do not provide real estate licensing or continuing-education credit. For licensing and CE courses, visit Global Real Estate School. Course content is general education, not legal, tax, financial or other professional advice for your situation.
Calls and consultations
If you book a call, please arrive on time. If you need to reschedule, use the link in your confirmation or email us at least 24 hours ahead. Paid consultations included in a program are scheduled together and must be used within the time stated in that program.
Limits of liability
Our website and courses are provided "as is." To the fullest extent the law allows, 5-Minutes LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the course or program involved.
Ending access
We may suspend or end access for anyone who shares their login, copies or distributes course materials, or otherwise breaks these terms. No refund is due in that case.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts serving St. Francois County, Missouri.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed. The terms in effect when you buy apply to that purchase.
